Founder & Managing Director

20 years of vide experience in International Business , Financial Management, Business Administration and Manufacturing. He has a several awards in Manufacturing Management.

Considering the Information Technology with Manufacturing technology as a next global movement, he shifted his focus to Skilling business. It's always been his interest to bring single window platform for global education system, so initiated a concept called DASE. DASE gave birth to the manufacturing department for enhancing employability.

DASE was established with a motive of oriented to give good life opportunity for the un employed youth.

An astute and result oriented professional with over 19 years of proven success in Business Development in Engineering Section and customer service in Hospitality & Manufacturing and educational sector. Proficient in managing & leading teams for running successful process/ business operations. Experience of developing procedures, service standards for business excellence. Adept in developing business strategic planning; market management to ensure wider market reach and penetration of unexplored market segments. An effective communicator with skills in devising & implementing innovative strategies & contributing towards positive growth of a company.

Highly Customer centric with excellent relationship building skills as evidenced by achievement in building 10 figures annual sales and more than 600 new customer accounts in past 16 years.

She is Professor with Mphil and PHD (Pursuing) from Madurai Kamaraj University, She has served in very renowned colleges in Bangalore as KTG College, Sheshadripuram Composite PU College , Bapu Composite PU College , Reva Deeksha PU College , St. Claret College, Asst professor (English).

She is an experienced trainer and educator in English having delivered modules across all levels of undergraduate, postgraduate and professional study. Her particular areas of expertise are leadership and management, decision-making under uncertainty, entrepreneurship and data analytics.

Her real passion is creating and managing teams that deliver authentic education where students are captivated and thought-provoked. Over the last four years, Gillie has created a unique and special place for learning about Business, drawing on his own real experience and that of his team. Every student is supported, doors are always open and all students are known by their first name. She is able to engage with students of all backgrounds and levels with authority.
